Buyers search for a home via property videos — FREE, no registration. The search begins by choosing a property type on the nav bar, and then by specific criteria.

All final search results include a property video, property details, plus the following options: viewing up to 20 Photos; hearing a message from the agent representing the property, if applicable; the ability to email/contact the agent/seller directly; and the ability to email and map the property.

Property details are presented in a format that groups all information into 8 categories, plus keywords for extra insight on a property:

  • Location
  • Features
  • Financials
  • Suitability
  • Parking
  • Improvements/upgrades
  • Direct contact information with links

Concise. Complete. Easy to understand — unlike complicated listing sheets.

Buyers may also elect to register and receive brixNflix newsletters with Real Estate news and tips.

brixNflix is an Advertising/ Posting Site

For Sellers and/or their representatives, photos, details and property videos are posted on the brixNflix site in 3–month segments that are renewable.

Creating a video on the brixNflix site is FREE. However, posting charges are applied to all video plans for the initial 3–month period and all renewable 3–month segments.

Sellers, may for an additional cost, have the opportunity to buy featured placements for a property video — on the home page or category home pages.

All property videos may be emailed, or your brixNflix url address may be sent to prospects or clients, or embedded on your personal website.
